Here you can purchase ranks and extras for any SaiCoPvP realm. Pick the realm you want your rank or extras delivered to via the category sidebar, or at checkout (depending on the category). Questions about anything sold here, or need help with a purchase you've made? Email us at support@saicogaming.com — include your Minecraft username, transaction ID (if you have one), the realm the purchase was for, and a rough explanation of the issue so we can resolve it faster.
Caution
- Check that your username is entered correctly when buying any ranks or extras
- Purchases usually take up to 1 hour to go through
- eChecks usually take around 7 days to go through (can be more or less)
- If you're purchasing items, make sure your inventory has enough space for them
- Being online at the time of purchase is advised, but not necessary
Confirmation
You are required to confirm your purchases in-game. When a purchased item comes through, a menu will open asking you to either Accept or Deny the package. If you close the menu, use /confirm to open it again. To verify it's your purchase, it shows the first item purchased, the purchase date and the transaction ID.
- Accept — you receive ALL items purchased and are liable for any chargebacks that occur (banned from the server), even if the payment wasn't made by you
- Deny — you receive NO items and are not liable for any chargebacks (you will not be banned)
Please be careful when checking and confirming packages in-game — you are responsible for every package you accept.
What do I do if I haven't received a package?
Purchases usually take up to 1 hour to go through. If a day has passed without receiving what you purchased, email support@saicogaming.com or open a ticket in our Discord. Explain what happened and include proof of payment so a staff member can help you quickly.
Terms & Conditions
By buying any package through our store you agree to the Terms & Conditions that come with doing so. Failing to agree will prevent you from buying from our stores. All purchases of ranks or extras are final — you will not be refunded if you are quitting, banned, etc. Chargebacks and disputes lead to a permanent ban on SaiCoPvP and void any ranks or extras bought. If you do not comply with the Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to remove any paid-for service or ban you. All ranks last for the life of the server — until then, they are lifetime ranks.
The Terms & Conditions may change at any time, with or without notice.
Privacy
Any personal information submitted when purchasing from our store remains private. We do not sell or redistribute the information given to anyone.
